business leaders spread across Endeavor’s 35 active markets. Position Description : In this role (6 months) the Associate Intern will support the Entrepreneur Selection & Growth team’s pre-

selection process by researching and compiling data to build out a pipeline of potential candidates for Endeavor Nigeria, profile their businesses, as well as assist the team to execute any other initiatives including events (projects may vary).

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables : The Associate Intern will :

1. Conduct research (with guidance) to map and deepen the team’s knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian entrepreneurial ecosystem and gather relevant data to build out an extensive candidate pipeline for Endeavor Nigeria

2. Support the team in a day-to-day capacity, including in writing high-quality reports to support Endeavor’s selection process (including reviews of candidate business models, competitive strengths / weaknesses, operating metrics and financials), and executing workshops to serve Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

Skills & Qualifications : 1. Must have recently graduated from university or currently be enrolled in the NYSC program.

2. Must have a relevant background and / or demonstrable interest in entrepreneurship, business, economics, finance, and / or international development.

3. Strong understanding of, and passion for, Endeavor’s mission.

4. Superior interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; excellent written and spoken English.

5. Proficiency with MS Office. Familiarity with Salesforce / Slack an advantage.

6. Demonstrable research experience through previous projects.

7. Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, eager to learn and receptive to feedback.

8. Ability to make a full-time commitment (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) Works With : Associates, Managers, Managing Director, as well as international colleagues
