Job Descriptions

Front desk management / Resolving queries, issues from operations team and frontline.

Assist / Support the in the day to day running of the office.

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Oversee the assets of the company and ensure that they are at optimal performance standards at all times whilst ensuring compliance to internal control measures.

Ensure office facility is kept clean and organized at all time, maintain ambient and safe work environment.

Monitors inventory of office supplies, update order and re-stock as when needed in line with approved budget.

Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient, maintains and update various subscriptions / renewals.

Organize and supervise support staff.

Must be computer literate, knowledgeable on Excel, Microsoft word, etc.

Proactive and ability to multitask without supervision.
