LOCATION : Lagos Island, Lagos
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact potential or existing customers to inform and sell PFL products and services.
Answer questions about PFL products or the company
Engage customers to understand client needs and close sales
Maintain great customer relationships for increased brand equity
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process client orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances and objections to preserve the company's reputation
Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Document and report customer feedback
REQUIREMENTS
Min. of a Bachelor's degree
1 year proven experience in financial services and similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially excel
Excellent interpersonal Skills
Working knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
Salary : ?70k net monthly (Plus commissions on sales).
