TICKETERS

The ticketers will be responsible for booking passengers seat on our Luxury buses and issue tickets. They are to attend to both walk-in and online customers.

Job Responsibilities

Book passengers travelling to various destinations in our route

Provide tickets to customers

Announce boarding schedules

Answer customers inquiries at the booking office

Provide any other relevant assistance to the customer regarding their trip

Requirements

Educational Qualification :

OND / NCE in Administration, transport management or related discipline.

2 years of cognate experience in a similar role within the transportation industry.

Smart, energetic and honest person.

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work extended hours and weekends
