About the opportunity
Human Resources at Fidelity supports the business to ensure the effective management and development of the talent in our organisation.
This involves having oversight of all aspects of human capital management, which includes a number of areas of expertise working collaboratively - talent acquisition, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR business partnering, as well as change management.
The Employee Relations team is newly created and sits within the HR Business Partnering Corporate Enablers function. This new global team will be responsible for ER case management, ER capability uplift and ER MI and reporting.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Employee Relations Advisor is to manage complex ER cases across Asia. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and Fidelity’s in-house employment legal team, the role will be expected to provide support for complex ER cases and early planning, design, and implementation of complex and large change / transformation programmes.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in conjunction with their counterpart based in UK as well as Group Employment Legal Services, to identify common themes and trends arising in the Employee Relations space, using these insights to inform and drive enhancements in ER policy, procedure, MI, reporting, and capability.
The team’s primary stakeholders are the HR Business Partners, Group Employment Legal Services and business stakeholders. A key purpose of this role is to work collaboratively across these groups to create seamless Employee Relations delivery.
The role will require significant collaboration with other teams within the broader HR function.
