In the course of your job we expect you to :
Develop and evolve a test automation strategies, implement plans, and maintain automation test data
Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed
Lead the execution of the automated tests and manage the resulting defect log through the point of defect fix validation
Be capable to act as a hands-on quality expert
Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date
Identify and report to product teams questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies, as well as chase their resolution
Document and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework
Assist in the identification, selection, and implementation of tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process
Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development
Drive quality engineering practices, risk management and continuous improvement in your team
Assist Digital Delivery Teams in assuring great Quality marks on everything they deliver
Collaborate in the evolution of Continuous Integration / Continuous Development practices
Collaborate and liaison with multiple teams - R&D, InfoSec, TechOps, Digital Delivery, Experts, Cloud and Service Delivery - inside the organization in order to build superior quality software for customers - internal and external
Use the right processes to ensure end-user satisfaction, delivery quality, and for service-level requirements to be met
Continuously focus on incremental improvements of functionality, usability, performance, automation, and security
Main requirements
We think you’ll be a good fit if you have these skills and traits :
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in continuous integration and delivery, testing, and quality assurance systems and ecosystems (mandatory)
Experience in automation testing, including the design, development, and execution of automated & manual tests scripts (min. 3 years)
Strong working knowledge of Selenium with Java programming
Passionate about Quality and obsessed with Digital Experiences
Solid experience in at least one version control system (Git)
Experienced using application lifecycle management tools (Jira)
Highly collaborative style with proven ability to gather consensus and take action
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people have good verbal and written communication skills
A high degree of initiative, responsibility and assertiveness.
