Oversee all Facilities Management-related repairs within the plant for full functionality.
Maintenance of all company fleets, travel management desk, driver management and record keeping.
Handling all office tasks such as filing, generating reports (fuel & maintenance), setting up for meetings, and reordering office supplies.
Daily Canteen Management, Collation and preparation of canteen bi-weekly payment (Third party vendor management).
Download daily attendance report and share with HR and Head of Functions.
Coordinate and update quota position submission to Nigerian Immigration.
Support other business functions and as the job demands
Degree in Management, Estate Management, Business Administration or Engineering
2 - 5 years work experience.
