The USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement andSupply Management (GHSC-PSM) project provides procurement and supply managementsupport to the US government-funded public health programs to ensureuninterrupted supplies of health commodities to prevent suffering, save lives,and create a brighter future for families around the world.
In Nigeria,GHSC-PSM provides health commodity procurement services andsystems-strengthening technical assistance that addresses all elements of acomprehensive supply chain.
The project distributes HIV / AIDS, malaria, andfamily planning commodities to health facilities and laboratories throughoutNigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
It also leads theoperationalization of the National Integrated Specimen Referral Network inNigeria. Besides GHSC-PSM, the Nigeria implementing team also supports anagreement with the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria tobolster public health supply chains by providing warehousing and distributionservices for HIV and malaria commodities.
Panagora Group, a woman-owned, small business providingnovel and integrated solutions in global health and international development,provides long- and short-term professional labor to support strategicengagement, advocacy, and knowledge management and communications (KMC)activities through strategic planning, implementation, and capacity buildingfor the Nigeria country office.
The Manager Learning and Knowledge Analytics supports theproject’s analysis, reporting and use of lessons and knowledge in improvingefficiency and optimizing project results in Nigeria in line with the project'sLearning, Knowledge Management, and Strategic Communication (LKM&SC) strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the technical team, finance and operations team,Total Quality Management team, security team, and IT team, to proactivelyharness project-wide experience, data and lessons into compelling communicationproducts.
Identify, coordinate, and directly draft learning, use case,and technical publications around best practices and lessons from our team’swork at state, regional and central levels;
explore and lead innovative ways todisseminate and communicate the content of these publications
Serve as the link with the Total Quality Management team andthe LKM&SC team, proactively harnessing project data to synthesize lessons,and evidence-based decision triggers
Keeps up to date on trends and innovations in programmanagement, public supply chains, M&E, mobile data, and other externalresources relevant to the project, and disseminates them across GHSC-PSMNigeria
Support the development and testing of data visualizationtools, methods, and analytics to foster learning and adaptive management
Proactively identify learning and knowledge gaps; researchand leverage opportunities to address these gaps
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statisticaltechniques
Developing and implementing data analyses, datacollection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
Lead and support efforts to turn data into information,information into project insight and insight into project results
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns inproject performance, experience, and learning
Monitor performance, key project changes and decisions, andquality control plans to identify improvements.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism,Public Relations, Library Science, Knowledge Management, Public Health,International Development, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science,Information Management or Statistics or related field.
Minimum of seven years of experience in communications, developmentdata management, and visualization, experience working in the supply chain,public health, and / or USAID-funded projects strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminatesignificant information with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent research skills and capacity to write clearly andpersuasively (including to non-technical audiences).
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings;demonstrated abilities in writing comprehensive reports and high-qualityabstracts for national and international conferences.
Excellent command of the English language (verbal andwritten) with a proven ability to communicate complex information to non-experts(writing samples will be requested).
Experience harnessing project experience, lessons, and successesinto compelling communication products including technical reports, technicalbriefs, and success stories
Excellent organizational and project management skills, withthe proven ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle numerous projectssimultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish andmaintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff, partners, andother stakeholders.
Excellent computer skills in a full range of software,including PowerBI, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and / orother graphics programs.
The Manager, Learning and Knowledge Analytics will reportdirectly to the Senior Manager LKM&SC.

This is a long-term position for the life of the contractbased in Abuja, Nigeria.
