PressOne are a funded startup, looking to build simple business communication tools for entrepreneurs. Starting with a simple call centre as a service solution, intend to expand their offering to cover the full range of solutions needed by entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses.
About the Role
They are looking to hire an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for leading their Operations and amp; Data team at PressOne.
The ideal candidate is a generalist who is obsessed with process and efficiency. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO to build a startup that does work the proper way.
What do you need to be considered successful?
Monitor day to day operations. This means you need to setup key metrics to track across various operational processes.
Recommend and implement adjustment to our processes that will make us more productive and efficient.
Identify ways to improve our customer experience.
Interact with customers and telco partners, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Help with the onboarding process including screen and interviewing candidates.
Report on operational performance periodically

What do you need to have done In your career?
You have five or more years experience in a professional business environment.
You have a BSc in any field.
You have very strong organisational skills, and have some background in Operations or Business Analysis
You love to accomplish something every day. You are intentional about how you spend your time.
You are very proficient with productivity and efficiency tools, for example, Asana, Airtable, Zapier.
You are very analytical. You have the ability to analyse a given operational processes.
You have great written and verbal communication skills.
You are collaborative. You are willing to go outside of your and quot;space and quot; so the team can win.
