About Company : Our client is one of the leading Internet Service Provider offering limitless internet to both residential and cooperate users.

The Company is seeking to hire a qualified Legal Officer to oversee all legal aspects of its business. He / she will be saddled with the responsibility of reviewing and advising on legal matters relating to commercial transactions, employee and third party agreements to mention a few.

Responsibilities :

  • Draft and review a wide variety of legal agreements
  • Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company
  • Provide legal advice on business development deals
  • Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions
  • Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery
  • Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Provide all such other administrative and other secretarial duties as directed by the management
  • Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures
  • Analyse and review legal agreements, legislation and documents for the Board
  • Review and advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
  • Review all HR contractual agreement with employees and third party service providers.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned
  • Requirements

  • A good academic qualification from a recognized university and the Nigerian Law School.
  • 2- 3 year’s post call to bar relevant experience preferably in the ICT Industry
  • Strong legal ability, a practical commercial approach and excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Proactive, Resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Law, Corporate law; commitment and enthusiasm in the delivery of the organization’s objectives.
  • Benefits

    BTW N150, 000.00 to N200, 000.00 monthly net

    Requirements
