What we're looking for

You will help to oversee the fulfilment of larger organisational goals, by coordinating activities between multiple projects and teams.

You will supervise and organise activities and ensure that ongoing projects align with Isidore’s overall objectives. Your focus will be on implementing strategic tasks that align new programs with our business strategy and goals.

You must be an extremely ambitious, analytical and hard-working individual, capable of interacting with internal teams, clients and stakeholders at all levels.

You are obsessed with numbers, a good communicator, self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and have a passion for fintech / agritech.

Our ideal candidate will also have or be looking to gain experience working in an African startup - preferably fintech or agritech.


  • Organising programs and activities in accordance with Isidore’s mission and goals.
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the company.
  • Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensuring company goals are met in key areas of success as outlined in our OKRs.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to ease communication and transparency regarding issues and decision making.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.
  • Working closely with the Founders and Executive team to scale programs and company growth.
  • Identifying and addressing problems and risks.
  • Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or other business-related fields
  • Proven experience in program management.
  • Proven experience managing an excellent team.
  • Thorough understanding of project / program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
  • Impeccable negotiation and conflict resolution ability.

  • Recruitment Journey

    1. Recruitment Journey - Understand the candidate’s background, experience, and motivations. Present a summary of Isidore, the model, and the vision.

    2. Recruitment Activity - Two weeks long. Paid project. - Acquire and onboard 3 new SMEs for Jinja. Onboarding is complete when all documents are submitted and the SME is eligible to receive capital.

  • Identify 3 agents to be recruited to handle each of the SMEs Work directly with Isidore’s Operations team to understand the business model and path to achieving the above.
  • 3. Interview Panel - Presentation of work, findings and insights from the above activity to a team of Isidore and FFA staff.
