Job Summary
The production supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production operations in order to ensure that the production processes deliver products of the maximum quality.
Responsibilities
Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Overseeandcoach employees
Supervises cooks, tastes, smells, and observes food to ensure that the standard recipe is followed.
Helping to plan menus, apportion ingredients, and use food surpluses
Check production output according to specifications
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
1 - 3 years of work experience.
Remuneration
N65,000 - N70,000 monthly.
