Main tasks :
Is the technical focal point and specialist for the trade he is responsible for;
Coordinates the work of the offshore specialists (crane engineers) and other 3rd parties.
Supervises and audit the main contracts for cranes and safety equipment ( Kenz, Willem Pot, Control Union and Holland safety),
Coordinate and support their activities when necessary (such as : troubleshooting, daily works, heli bookings, spare parts, special tools, hoisting equipment and breakdown situations, related to crane & safety equipment installed on the offshore
Assist (and learns from) the rotating specialists with their work when necessary.
Assist the technicians (GMC and 3rd parties) in specific trouble shouting for crane and safety equipment (life boats / means of escape);
Trains and instruct technicians in his field of expertise;
Informs all site personnel of general maintenance updates (by means of a technical newsflash).
Prepares only maintenance jobs needing extensive preparation, all regular jobs are prepared and executed by (Sr) technicians;
Responsible for adding the material masters and or services including all relevant technical specifications into the CMMS.
Assists maintenance support in fact finding and root cause analysis;
Analyses the causes of breakdowns,
Guard the integrity of the installations for his trade;
Is responsible to stay up-to-date in his field of specialization;
Is responsible for the planning of jobs for his specific trade.
Is aware of non standard occurrences and specifications;
Is responsible for onshore repairs and modifications, (back load trace list),
Administrative Tasks :
Controls weekly and monthly planning of major corrective jobs
Reports to the TLTC;
Reports onshore repairs in CMMS;
Keeps all relevant technical files in good order and updated.
Health, Safety and Environment :
Complies with companies and customer’s Q / HSE rules and the rules as per work procedures;
Understands the contents of the customers and client’s Q / HSE manual and job manual;
Quality assurance :
Analyses the quality of maintenance operations and carries out selected reviews on a regular basis.
Evaluates the performance of sub contractors on site reviews on a regular basis and suggests ways to improve performance.
Authorizes the technical specifications of material and service orders for corrective activities;
Authorized to stop maintenance activities not in accordance with the technical execution.
Authorizes and validates all corrective jobs with priority 0 and 1.

Team leader treating centers.
During absence will be replaced by :
Educational requirements and experience :
HBO working / education with a technical background;
5 years of relevant experience.
A highly motivated team player with good written communication, computer and management skills.
Technically well founded and a good knowledge of the principles related to the process and equipment of oil and gas treatment installations
Highly adaptable and service minded
Medical fit according to NOGEPA rules.
He can communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in Dutch and English
