Description of the Position

Employee will be responsible for the company's marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts and must be able to take actions to assess, enhance, and enrich the company's position and aims through a variety of goals and objectives.

Qualifications

A Degree or HND in any discipline combined with at least 6years of work experience is required.

Must be creative and social media savvy.

Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly valued and preferred.

Applicant must be attractive and well-presented.

Must always be smart and presented in a professional manner.

Individual who is adaptable, passionate, and self-directed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level conversation and impact, as well as comfort and confidence when interacting with and presenting to staff and executives.

Responsibilities

The employeeshall lead and implement the Marketing initiative of the company’s project assigned with respect to set specific goals and work with his team to meet the goals.

Market the company property with respect to set goals and targets of the company.

Conduct presentations and meetings on behave of the company for business purposes.

Create an affordable and efficient advert strategy to help boost the company's image and marketing potential.

Apply creativity and result-oriented strategy towards achieving set goals for the company.

Prepare and submit monthly reports of activities highlighting achievements and challenges encountered during each week with recommended suggestions for better performance.
