Responsibilities
The designation core responsibilities entail :
Responsible for managing a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets. To handle sales promotion activities.
Making joint field sales visits with all medical representative team members and implementing it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members
Organizing special meetings with key dignitaries across various sales channels to drive sales strategies.
Set up sales campaign and awareness for distributors, wholesales, and retail partners professionals.
Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
Develop new business development across various sales frontiers.
Ensure execution of brand visibility and merchandising at retail outlets through the coordination of team members.
Requirements
The Preferred candidates must possess a B.Pharm with at least four(4) years of experience detailing pharmaceutical products, with good territory knowledge.
Applicants domiciled in the area of interest will be preferred.
