Job Summary

Execute tally clerical functions to the accounts and sales departments. Check, verify and tally the correctness of merchandise as against invoice documents.

Making entries of Stock / Purchase / Inventory.

Daily MIS report, Having Complete Knowledge of Tally Software. (Invoicing, Stock Transfer, Waybill, etc.)

Data Entry

MIS reporting on a daily basis, debtors & supplier’s reconciliations. - Banking & reconciliations

Preparing & updating monthly accounting data & daily sales file - Preparation of special report & daily sales report

Cost centre report & management accounts

Vendor payments & purchase entries

Manage entire receivable, payables, accounting & balance sheet

MIS reports (Internal & External)

Requirements / Skills

Bachelor's Degree with 2-8 years work experience

Must be efficient in using Tally

Dynamic Personality, Command over Verbal & Written Skills

Must know Tally and MS- Office. Should be able to multi-task.

Should be able to work on Tally

Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner

Good organizational and time management skills

Good people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients

A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
