Strategy and Commercial Management
Develop and manage strategies for company business including growth and long term sustainability.
Develop and successfully manage joint venture relationships with company’s partners.
Develop bidding strategies and integrated solutions to customers.
Review and plan Nigerian Content Development strategies as required.
Ensure strong government and customer relationships are developed and maintained.
Ensure first class business intelligence and competitor analysis is gathered, stored and communicated.
Develop growth and capture strategies.
Attend meetings and conferences where required to meet business development objectives.
Deliver monthly business reports on company to HQ.
Deliver quarterly JV, competitor and industry reviews and investment performance summaries to the Board including an annual review of strategic direction.
Provide business plans, budgets and forecasts to HQ.
Provide deal analysis and presentation to partners and the Board to support JV / investment decisions as required.
