Job Description

We are foremost transport company in Nigeria. In order to maintain leadership position within the top 3 we are building a strong HR team that would take the company to the next level.

As a result there is vacancy for HR Manager.

Academic Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of B.Sc or HND in Human Resource Management or related field.

Membership of CIPM or related certification will be an added advantage.

Our preferred candidate should have :

A strong HR background with at least 3 year of Generalist experience.

A working knowledge of performance management (Able to undertake pay grading project from start to finish).

A working knowledge of payroll management.

Flare to drive productivity with little or no supervision.

Sound knowledge of HRIS

Advance knowledge of excel and other MS office suite.

The ability to work under pressure and extended hours.

High organization skill.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
