About the role
They are looking for a Program Manager to help to oversee the fulfilment of larger organisational goals, by coordinating activities between multiple projects and teams.
You will supervise and organise activities and ensure that ongoing projects align with Isidore’s overall objectives. Your focus will be on implementing strategic tasks that align new programs with our business strategy and goals.

You must be an extremely ambitious, analytical and hard-working individual, capable of interacting with internal teams, clients and stakeholders at all levels.
You are obsessed with numbers, a good communicator, self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and have a passion for fintech / agritech.

How Important are you to the bottom-line?
As their Program Manager, you will be interested in gaining experience working in an African startup - preferably fintech or agritech.
You will plan, execute, track, communicate and manage end to end product / program lifecycle to ensure the desired customer and business value is delivered.

Your primary focus will be in ensuring that measurable KPIs are developed for the program, and that they align with the overall KPIs for the product and company
