Responsibilities
This role will assist in daily Operations activities particularly document handling and review activities and monitoring of imports and exports (air and sea) ensuring MVXcellent services.
Develop and manage relationships with company-approved partners and shipping lines and maintain document database
Assess shipping documents to ensure correctness, completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor the document handling process and ensure all shipping documentation and information are accounted for
Assist with shipment documentation due to diligence and document matching
Collaborate with Product and Technology departments to develop and implement effective Document management products and features.
Assist in the execution of Operations initiatives and strategies
Keep informed on Supply Chain industry activities and industry trends.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
A maximum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience handling import / export shipping documentation.
Ability to manage and keep track of filing records and documentation Analytical, communication and presentation skills.
