About Company : Our client is a Paint manufacturing firm that specializes in the production and distribution of Quality and affordable paints and coatings.

Guaranteed Base Pay is N200,000.00 350,000.00 Monthly Net

Our client is looking to hire the service of an experienced franchise officer who is well grounded in the sales of paints and its business operations.

This role is expected to assist the company in planning and managing the franchising business of the organinsation.

Key Responsibilities :

Help franchisees optimise the sales and profit from their respective franchises

Seek out new partners who would be willing to be franchise owners

Act as a major line of communication between the company and its franchisees.

Assist new franchisees in setting up as well as help in new business situations.

Generate ideas that will result in win-win situations for all parties involved in the supply chain

Manages key initiatives, projects and analysis to support company and franchise priorities

Identify new market opportunities

Ensure each franchisee is compliant to company policies and procedures.

Participate in strategic decision-making that affects the company and its partners

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field from a recognized University. MBA is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sales of paint or related products.

Additional functional experience, preferably in marketing, trade marketing and / or finance is an advantage.

Past experience as a franchise officer is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to meet sales plans.

Exceptional negotiation skills.

Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.

Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to network effectively.

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
