Project Service Manager - Oil and Gas H/F

Missions :

  • Mettre en place des procédures et des objectifs / KPI adaptés à la réalisation des projets.
  • Développer de bonnes relations tant avec les clients internes et externes des projets.
  • Contrôler la bonne réalisation des travaux et proposer les améliorations correctives nécessaires.
  • Veiller à ce que les activités menées soient en conformité avec les attentes du client, avec les procédures établies ainsi qu'avec les règles contractuelles.
  • Assurer un support aux projects managers sur les potentiels problèmes liés à l'administration et la gestion des contrats.
  • Préparer les appels d'offres concernant les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.
  • Effectuer les évaluations de ces mêmes fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
  • Manager les activités liées à la préparation du planning commercial et du reporting en coopération avec la direction des opérations.
  • Contrôler et participer à l'élaboration du reporting en termes de coûts et de planning.
  • Coordonner l'ensemble du reporting des activités du projet.
  • Evaluer les conséquences liées aux différents changements liés aux coûts et / ou au planning afin de bien établir les budgets liés aux projets.

    • Profil :

  • Vous avez une formation supérieure en ingénierie, de préférence dans le secteur oil and gas.
  • Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans la gestion de projets de construction dans le secteur oil and gas sur le continent africain, idéalement au Nigéria.
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en project control et en contract management.
  • Vous parlez anglais couramment.
