Job Description
Project and Client Management :
Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Managing relationships with clients and suppliers
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Plan projects from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
Come up with suggestions to enhance the project's success
Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Coordinate all operations
Lead promotional activities for events
Supervise all Event suppliers
Approve all aspects before the day of the event
Ensure projects are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
Perform requires administrative duties (e.g. contact reports, financial reports, project results etc)
Manage a large range of event types to build brand reputation and generate leads for internal and external clients.
Job Skillset Requirements
B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5-8 years of working experience in a BTL agency
Ability to pay attention to details
Skilled in project management
Knowledge of project management
Computer savvy and proficiency in MS Suite
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Excellent organizational skills
Customer-service orientation
A team player with leadership skills
PMP certification is also a plus
Typing speed of 60WPM.
