Job Summary : On behalf of our client who is a Global Logistics Company and are recently setting up their Nigerian Branch, we are sourcing for a Terminal Accountant in Lagos State who is a driven, motivated individual with a can-do attitude, able to grow a project and team from start to finish. Responsibilities :
Responsible for docking wharf Terminal, check the weekly bill provided by wharf Terminal.
Monthly summary of fees payable, apply for remittance.
monthly compilation of vouchers payable.
Send weekly statements to customers to collect accounts receivable.
Check our all receivable shipping company fees and collection work, must be timely billing; to the road transportation process incurred in the cost, maintenance, fuel charges, tolls and other review, monthly input into the company system;
Check cost with Terminal supplier monthly;
Financial accounting major, logistics management major; knowledge of freight logistics, familiar with billing process;
At least 2 years working experience in reconciliation or reconciliation;
Bachelor degree in accounting and other related majors;
More than 5.2 years accounting experience, logistics experience is preferred;
Familiar with financial policy, skilled use of finance and other related office software;
Has strong communication and coordination skills, analytical and judgment skills, executive skills and pressure resistance;
Sense of responsibility and principle, good professionalism and team spirit, strong sense of confidentiality
