Palladium is seeking a Regional Technical Advisor to support theTranslating Data for Implementation () Project. is a five-yearglobal project funded by the U.
S. Agency for International Development (USAID)to support the HIV and COVID-19 response. partners with programs toaccelerate and sustain access to high-quality data to expedite HIV and COVID-19epidemic control and maintenance.
By improving global, regional, national, andcommunity / local in-depth analyses of HIV and COVID-19 epidemiologic andprogrammatic data, expedites program achievements to improve clientservices and attain and sustain control of the epidemics.
supports hostcountry governments to enhance existing health information systems (HIS),informing management responses to gaps in programming and sustaining impact bysupporting local partner transition.
The Regional Technical Advisor, Data Use andQuality Improvement will provide technical backstopping to country programs inthe area of data use and quality improvement to strengthen governmentinitiatives to prevent and control HIV and respond to the COVID-19pandemic.
This position is supervised bythe Senior Technical Advisor, Data Use.

You and Your Career :

Reporting and Supervision :
PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities :
TheRegional Technical Advisor, Data Use and Quality Improvement will providetechnical assistance to teams implementing data use and quality improvementinitiatives at central, regional and district levels in the AfricanRegion.
Specific responsibilities are :
Mentor staff, including the Data Use Advisors in African buy-ins, and supervise consultants as needed
