About Company : Our client is an early start-up incubator for Clean Energy Technology Research and Development in Africa.

Job Objective : The Company is seeking to recruit a results-driven Head of Innovation and Growth who will be responsible for increasing creative capacity to develop and secure projects, in addition to managing the Hub’s external relationships with its diverse range of donors and stakeholders.

In addition, the role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with other partners as well as oversee all fundraising efforts and activities with particular focus on sustainable growth opportunities within the development sector.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop a clear growth strategy and targets for partnership and fundraising.

Carry out research and evaluation plans for new growth opportunities.

Analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities.

Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms.

Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners.

Build awareness and adoption of product offers through client presentations and conference attendance.

Develop proposal, detailed brief and pitch ideas to multiple stakeholders.

Assist the CEO in fundraising ventures, stakeholder engagements and building partnerships.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Business administration or related field

Minimum of 5+ year’s proven experience in business development / strategic partnerships management or any related line of work.

High level of proficiency in MS Office

An international development experience is an advantage.

Benefits

Base Salary is N400, 000.00 monthly net + other benefits
