Job Description

Based in Nigeria, where the group intent to develop the West African markets, you will be responsible for building the company's brand.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will be to :

Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives,

Maintain and expand customer base by counselling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers;

identifying new customer opportunities,

Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and / or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors,

Devise advertising and promotional plans and be involved in product positioning and global brand marketing development,

Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending,

Accomplish sales and organisation mission by completing related results as needed,

Continually assess company progress, sales and marketing successes and compile reports to submit to superiors in corporate headquarters.

The Successful Applicant

With a bachelor's degree in business administration or similar area, you are an experienced FMCG Professional, with at least 5 years of experience ideally in the shaving product industry.

With a strong experience in marketing and sales, you can analyse all reported data and identify development in order to recognise opportunities for the company on the West African markets.

Finally, you have demonstrated ability to work with little supervision in an entrepreneurial environment. A previous experience in West Africa and Nigeria is preferred.

You are fluent in English to succeed in this role.
