Our Client, a Luxury 5-Star restaurant with years of experience in the hospitality industry in Nigeria. They currently looking to hire a Travels / Visa Personnel In Lagos and Abuja.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist with booking air travel tickets (local and international flights), tours, airport transfers, and hotels for the company.
Visa Processing.
Arrange travel for business and vacation for the company.
Ensure all bookings and reservations are processed accurately.
Find fare and schedule information.
Calculate total travel costs.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
Providing up-to-date advice on travel regulations, including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
Filing, photocopying, and general administrative duties.
Skills & Requirements
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven work experience in a Travel Agency.
Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
