We are currently looking for an Product Lead to join our Product team and help us build amazing products!
The role :
You define the vision and mission of the product and ensure that these are well-known within the company.
Together with the team, you improve existing products and determine innovative business models that ensure the commercial success of the product.
You act as the central product-go-to-person for Sales, Operations, etc.
You have the responsibility for the entire lifecycle from pain discovery until achieving Product-Market-Fit
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other internal teams to drive product and delivery success.
Attract, hire and grow a product team, consisting of : Product Owners and UX / UI designers.
You are sure of stakeholder management inside and outside the company.
You define and monitor product-team KPIs.
Main requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team of product managers.
Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers love.
Proven ability and experience in developing and scaling digital products in both B2C and B2B environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full professional proficiency in English
