Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience with banking and office software.

Greeting customers.

Assisting customers with their banking needs.

Providing advice and suggestions.

Opening and closing savings and checking accounts.

Cross-selling financial services and products.

Resolving customer complaints.

Performing basic office and clerical duties.

Reporting to the banking manager.
