UISL shall be responsible for provision of all manpower for service delivery (both onsite and offsite contract service management support), equipment, materials, consumables, workshop and all other resources required for delivery of the work.
Works shall cover planned preventive maintenance, unplanned preventive maintenance, scheduled corrective maintenance, unscheduled corrective maintenance, Utilities services projects and other services critical to sustain provision of power, water, HVAC, FDAS and UPS Utilities at all SPDC locations.
