Welcome to tb.lx - as a company with a product mindset, we are building software to create a more sustainable and connected world of transportation.
As a Site Reliability Engineer , you will play a big role in influencing and taking technical decisions that will impact all our products.
So if you like to be able to shape the place you work in, look no further.
The core of your work will be about helping our development teams to shape their deliveries and products , helping design sound technical solutions , and ensuring they are observable (monitoring, logging, etc.).
Your day will start with a daily synch with the development teams to understand the work to be done for the day. Then there are two different ways of approaching your tasks : you will either be going proactively after inefficiencies , looking into the environment and finding ways to improve it, or you will tackle defined challenges brought to you by the development teams .
You will also be part of the SRE guild , whose goal is to exchange knowledge between the SREs and spread SRE knowledge across all engineers at tb.
lx, teaching them to think like an SRE. The secret ingredient to this role is that we multiply ourselves to the teams without having to be inside the teams.
We encourage you to also invest time in research and development , try out new technologies, and find new solutions, so you definitely need a learning mindset.
As a side effect, you will gain knowledge about the sustainable transportation industry and can fine-tune your problem-solving skills in this direction.
