We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources.

You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs

Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department management

Provide guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs.

Resolve employee issues and conduct thorough investigations where required.

Advising management on HR-related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines.

Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement

Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans for business unit restructuring

Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees

Maintain awareness of the plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview

Conduct weekly meetings to check in with the business units

Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate

Collaborate with senior management to develop policies, programs, and solutions

Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions

Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention

Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary

Interpret human resources policy to company management

Requirements and skills

4+ years of HR experience as an HRBP / HR executive in a consulting, advertising or related agency

HRCI, SHRM, CIPD, CIPM or other HR certification, required

Demonstrated ability with training and development programs

Adept with performance management and employee development

Proficiency with human resource information systems (e.g. seamless hr, bamboo hr)

Project and People Management Skills

Ability to Manage Change and Transformation

Effective Communication Skills

Able to Identify and Develop Leaders

Proficiency with Digital Tools
