Job Objectives

To effectively secure and manage the client’s assets under the terms slated in the respective Trust Deeds.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote and secure trust services to high-net-worth private trust clients (both bank and non-bank channels)
  • Formulate the goals, objectives, and sales plan so as to generate business
  • Responsible for the acquisition of Personal Trust, Estate and Investment Management Client relationships
  • Prospecting, developing internal and external business networks for the purpose of generating new business opportunities, and participating in sales presentations.
  • Responsible for retaining and providing advisory services and support to their existing client relationships
  • Performs perpetual discovery, assessing a client’s financial situation to retain & grow the client relationship
  • Provides guidance and solutions for the development and on-going maintenance of investment allocations, goals and objectives
  • Consistently generates new business opportunities
  • Keeps abreast of trends and developments in the trust and investment management industry to ensure prudent administration and investment management
  • Identify and prioritize trust and other opportunities, deepening relationships and enhancing revenue
  • Ensure the retention of business and fulfillment of Key’s fiduciary responsibilities
  • Foster close business relationships to develop client loyalty and new business opportunities
  • Proactively provide professional service to satisfy client needs
  • Enhance key relationship with High-Net-Worth individuals and their influencers
  • Analyze and interpret legal instruments; Apply sound fiduciary judgement to trust matters
  • Actively participate in Relationship Reviews as a fiduciary expert on High-Net-Worth individuals, the implementation of Trust policies and procedures in line with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Maintain compliance with all internal policies and procedures as well as with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Ensure proper documentations of all Trust relationships and effectively maintain Trust files
  • Contribute to the development of new Trust products, Develop proposals for prospects
  • Grow the Probate business and increase its revenue
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the MD / CEO
  • Education Requirement

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Company / Business Law.
  • Master’s in Law, Asset Management / Investment Banking or Trusteeship is preferred.
  • MBA / ACA / ACCA Certification is an added advantage.
  • Sound experience of at least 7 years in the Trustee / Financial / Asset Management industry.
  • Knowledge

  • Sales-oriented, with good analytical & professional presentation skills
  • Good business acumen with innovative ideas.
  • In-depth knowledge of Trustees and Investment business
  • An ability to think creatively
  • Credit legal documentation skills
  • Industry and product knowledge
