The Associate will be involved in the deal sourcing, analysis, execution, asset management and exit of real estate private equity investments.

What you will do
Participate in the due diligence / underwriting process on new potential investments
Prepare investment committee memorandums and participate in investment committee presentations
Develop financial models using appropriate tools
Assist with capital raising and various investor relations requests
Handle the portfolio management of select assets
Function as a contact for existing funds and joint venture relationships
Formulate recommendations and action plans for investments based on financial analysis
Execute / oversee business plans for new investments
Conduct investment / market research
Review and respond to requests from LPs and investment partners
What we look for

3 to 4 years of full-time relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking or private equity.
Strong financial modeling skills and commercial judgement.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong entrepreneurial drive, great interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, including a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently with good presentation skills.
