Duties & Responsibilities

Monthly reports :

Source and upload specific assurance reports from various sources

Ensure all contractual requirements are adhered to

Ensure strict timelines are maintained

Follow up and escalate where required

Supporting Documents :

Assist country teams in understanding the assurance and reporting requirements

Provide guidance and assistance to country teams to ensure the accurate supporting documents are provided

Ensure strict timelines are maintained

Follow up and escalate where required

Assurance Checks :

Prior to inspection, perform detail reviews of evidence provided to ensure :

Validity, accuracy, and completeness.

Satisfaction of contractual requirements

Ensure strict timelines are maintained

Follow up and escalate where required

Reporting :

Maintain trackers / register to monitor completion and compliance to contractual requirement

Assist in preparing to management and executives

Query resolution :

Post inspection attend to all queries / findings noted

Engage with country teams to facilitate resolution of findings noted

Provide feedback to client

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with client

Serve as the contact point with client

Control Reviews :

Assist with control reviews

Document evidence of compliance, assurance and contractual obligations being adhered to

Source input and supporting documents from country teams

Follow up of findings and action plans, to ensure completion and closure of findings

Other :

Any reasonable action requested by management

Knowledge :

Strong communication skills required for effective sub-contractor performance management

Strong grasp of service and commercial concepts

Skills : Stakeholder management

Stakeholder management

Strong analytical skills, including an understanding of business economics and financial resources

Financial acumen

Appropriate tertiary qualification, ideally Internal Audit

Risk / Commercial diploma or degree

3-5 years Internal audit (pref completed articles)

Risk experience

Previous consulting experience

Understanding of best practice performance management methodologies

Good financial and business acumen

Understanding of ISO

Computer literacy on MS Office Packages : MS Word & Excel
