Responsibilities :

Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.

Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.

Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.

Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.

Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.

Communications to customers and ensuring consistency in the brand voice.

Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.

Developing and maintaining technical documentation such as manuals and training materials.

Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.

Designing and organizing documentation sets for products and services.

Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO / SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.

Collaborating with the relevant stakeholders on technical documentation requirements.

Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.

Maintaining a library of technical terminology and documentation.

Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and / or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.

Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.

Interpreting briefs to produce original content.

Reworking content based on feedback from stakeholders.

Ensuring all copy is proof read and free of errors.

Using research to establish the strategy for reaching out to the target audience.

Managing the full marketing mix, including advertising and promotional budgets, inventory planning and demand forecasting.

Analyzing content traffic metrics and effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.

The Profile

You have at least 5 year experience ideally in Writing, Marketing Communications or Brand / Product Management within Media & Entertainment industry.

You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets.

You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.

You have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.

You are adept at creating content that will effectively engage audiences.

Experience within Marketing Copy, ATL, BTL, Content Analysis, Technical Writing, would be a strong advantage.

You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
