Our Aspire development program in Finance is built onthe tenets and proven legacy of leadership development and innovation at BHGE.
Thistwo-year program consists of three rotational assignments in finance rolescombined with formal classroom training in finance, accounting, business andleadership development, and a cross-
start date will be based on program needs.
Essential Responsibilities :
Work on rotations and / or assignments in various areas incorporate finance, including financial planning & analysis, commercialfinance, supply chain finance, treasury, investor relations
Participate in intentional and structured career developmentactivities and receive active coaching and mentoring
Complete formal training in finance, accounting, business andleadership development
Contribute to business outcomes
Network globally and cross-functionally, lead programinitiatives or projects with peers; interact with global business leaderscross-functionally
Solve critical business challenges through cross-functional,mission-based teams
Opportunity to participate in internationalexperiences / assignments
Qualifications / Requirements :
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent inFinance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Business Management
A GPA greater than orequal to 3.0 / 4.0 or equivalent
Fluency in English (oral andwritten)
Geographically mobile (locationsvary)
Maximum three years’ experience postBachelor’s degree
Legal right to work in the countryin which you have applied without company sponsorship or time restriction
Desired Characteristics / Requirements :
Prior internship experience in corporate finance
Demonstrates effective written and oral communication,integrity, critical thinking / analytical skills, agility / flexibility, acontinuous learning mindset, accountability, teamwork and collaboration, strong interpersonal and leadershipskills, drive for results, and initiative.
