The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role critical to the operations of the company. The role involves executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
5 years of work experience in the HR field is required.
Experience managing contract labor and dealing with union.
Background in beverages and plastics is preferred.
Drive the development and execution of HR related strategies to fit a fast paced, agile, ever changing workplace.
Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices, trends, and data points to drive enhancements.
Serve as a change agent by influencing and advising key stakeholders in support of organizational effectiveness.
Participate in strategic people planning by coordinating staffing needs and priorities - while also finalizing tactical people plans & goals (Initiatives, Succession, Hiring Targets, KPIs, etc.).
Support Business Planning by developing tactical concepts / ideas to execute people strategy.
Work with operational leaders to consult on effective organizational design and optimize talent.
Ensure utilization of employee feedback surveys and monitor workforce (Onboarding, Exit Interview).
Provide feedback to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
Drive execution of leadership development programs and expectations to maximize workforce productivity.
