Job Description
Managing the entire employee life cycle of all outsourced Engineers
Identifying business opportunities and grow the revenue base of the practice
Monitoring the progress of outsourced projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
Sourcing and recruiting of technical resource (i.e. Software developers, Support engineers) to meet client's requirement
Strategic development, management and implementation of the Managed Services plans to grow the practice
Ensuring profitable margins are met and maintained for the business
Requirements
First Degree or equivalent in any discipline
At least 6 years experience in HR space, preferably in a Consulting environment
Strong track record of technical recruitment experience.
