PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assists in posting transactions
Monthly reporting, analyses and reconciliations of all statutory taxes, including NCD
Post Naira and Dollar accounts payable invoices and payments
Key vendors quarterly reconciliations and reporting, including related parties
Assist in carrying out bank account reconciliation (Bank and Ledger account).
Monitoring drilling cost by taking all drilling invoices and ensuring they are in line with purchase order / contract agreement.
Maintenance of drilling files, POs, Materials transfer, returns to Vendors
Responsible for tracking all process maker activities and approvals for payments
Prepares weekly process maker reports
Bank reconciliations and analyses
Assist treasury supervisor in managing banking operations
Prepares monthly royalty reconciliation and coordinates payments
Assist with any other duties that may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bsc Accounting or any related field
ACA, ACCA
Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in E & P
SAP, Oracle, Peachtree etc
