Responsibilities :
Generate Sales by getting the customers to download the App and Educate them on how it can benefit them.
Organize and attend marketing activities to raise brand awareness with Grassroots business owners I.e Interfacing with market women.
Cross-selling of company products and services and Representing the brand during all customers and prospects interaction.
Visit customers on a recurring basis and Building sustained, profitable ties with our customers.
Manage customer issues in collaboration with other departments
Requirements :
Minimum of OND educational qualification
Minimum of 1 year customer service / sales experience
Exceptional marketing, communication and sales skills.
Must have the capacity to work under self supervision.
High level of accountability.
Good Oral and written communication skills.
