Responsible for the major activities related to turnaround maintenance on process plants and refineries.
Champion a "no incident" HSE mind set and deliver excellent HSE performance.
Supervision of the engineering, fabrication and installation of the facilities..
Identification of any interfaces having bearing on other contractors
Ensure that operational input and lessons learned are incorporated in the design.
Assist the Operations team in preparing and executing the offshore commissioning
Manage all interfaces and active participation in solving any problems related thereto, including coordination with regulatory bodies, NNPC, and internal / external stakeholders to ensure all permits and approvals are obtained timely.
Ensure the Contractor's activities and deliverables are compliant with the Contract including management of safety and environmental issues.
Reporting of progress, deviations and areas of concern to the Project Manager.
Ensure understanding, acceptance and visible commitment to HSE standards by the Contractor.
Good understanding of Process Engineering, Structural Engineering, Asset Integrity and Process Safety issues, and Technical Authority processes.
Proven record of delivering projects with excellent HSE, schedule, and budget performance.
Highly effective communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, cross functional, multi-location team environment.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency on fast-track / fast paced projects.
Ability to use structured processes in a fit-for purpose manner.
Turnaround maintenance experience on process plants.
Familiarity with Primavera and Microsoft Project scheduling tools and expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum Educational Requirement : MS Degree in Engineering preferred, or BS.
Minimum Experience : 15 years of experience in engineering management, project management.
Previous working experience in Nigeria.
