The Company is seeking to hire a strong senior product designer to help push the boundaries of what is possible. Our client desires a designer who is experienced in expressing the ideals of the organization in his / her designs while collaborating with the product management, data science and engineering team to ensure seamless production.
Key Responsibilities
Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design
Build functional prototypes to validate and test your designs
Participate in user research and testing
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences
Design and create rich and creative micro-animations for the UI to delight our customers
Define requirements for A / B or other experiments to test features, ideas, layouts, etc.
Run design sprints and cross-company workshops coordinating feedback between stakeholder, design and engineering teams
Identify the needs of the company’s customers and improve on existing features
Contribute to the growth of the company’s design system
Requirements
Proficiency using AdobeXD (Figma, Sketch and other tools are also allowed)
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
Degree in Design, Psychology, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
A strong portfolio showcasing experience in Product Design
Familiarity with Adobe creative suite (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Experience working in the FinTech industry
Understanding of basic front-end languages : HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables : Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Experience working with a design system
Illustration skills
