About the Opportunity
Our organization is looking for a young and passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee marketing activities and campaigns.
You will be responsible for all marketing operations and driving sales successfully according to organizational set goals.
As a successful Marketing officer, you must have great enthusiasm for all the key marketing techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and experience in managing different marketing ventures.
The goal is to add the highest value to the company through our marketing efforts.
Other responsibilities include :
To develop and implement marketing strategies for the organization to promote and sell products / services to existing and prospective customers
Analyse data and provide strategies to capture the different demography
To create better awareness for our products and services
Connect with customer leads through cold calling
Develop and execute various online strategies to push our products and services
Reach agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period by management
Research and identify decision-makers, and potential customers
Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Create reports for management on customer needs, interests, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Follow the best practices and promotional trends in the industry
Ability to handle any other project or task as assigned by management
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business or any related field
2-3 years proven work experience as a Marketing Officer
Good teamwork skills
High knowledge of MS Office
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
Ability to build productive business professional relationships
Strong attention to detail
Good organisation, planning, and time management skills
Creativity and writing skills
Commercial awareness and numerical skills
