Department Description

Fidelity has served Hong Kong ORSO schemes since 1988 and we extended our retirement product offerings to cover MPF in 2000.

Today we are the largest provider of ORSO member choice defined contribution ( DC ) schemes in Hong Kong and among the top MPF providers by assets under management.

Hong Kong WI Relationship Management is responsible for maintaining relationship with institutional clients in Hong Kong which embrace both ORSO DC member choice and MPF clients.

Purpose of your role

The role will support the Relationship Management Team in providing top-notch service to Hong Kong pension and intermediary clients.

The job holder will primarily provide support to Client Directors and other relationship managers on a day-to-day basis.

However, there may be times he / she will need to work with other team members of the HK WI Business and other business teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day support to Relationship Management Team and the deliverables include :

  • Preparation of presentation materials and performance reports for client meetings
  • Liaise with scheme trustees, administrators and internal parties within Fidelity to follow up client servicing issues
  • Handle pension clients enquiries
  • Conduct member communication sessions and help desk sessions
  • Client fulfilment & inventory management
  • Client communication & database management
  • Coordinate corporate events with various internal departments
  • Participate in various projects as project team member, involving in coordinating, implementing and executing different project tasks
  • Other housekeeping support
  • Experience and Qualifications Required

    To succeed in this role, the person will be :

  • University graduate in business, finance, economics or related discipline with ideally at least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Good understanding and experience in the Hong Kong pension market is a plus

  • Proactive and positive attitude towards work
  • Organized and attention to details
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numerical sense
  • Good listener and willingness to be flexible, hands on and an ability to be independent
  • Team player is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to type in Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • MPF intermediary and / or SFC licensee is preferred
