Job Objectives
Maintain an up-to-date consolidated management overview of business performance. Work closely with the Heads of various Business Units of the Bank on business planning, performance, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
Develop contract performance reports and assist clients in the analysis of performance.
Acting as the point of contact between the Managing Director and executives or staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct market and industry research and analysis for Managing Director and maintain a robust database of key market, industry, and company data.
Develop financial models and valuation analysis to reports as provided and directed by the Managing Director.
Provide information to the Managing Director by collating and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations.
Conduct preliminary due diligence on client business documentation submitted to the office of the Managing Director and prepare the summary reports / due diligence report arising therefrom.
Assist the CEO on a wide range of issues, including collecting, analyzing, and summarizing all relevant data that will engender decision making
Track key strategic and operational drivers by tracking progress and interfacing with the direct reports of the CEO.
Track industry, market, and competitors and provide technical updates towards ensuring the Bank's services remain in a competitive position.
Participate in meetings to discuss various aspects and issues regarding the business of the Bank and provide suggestions for the same.
Acting as the point of contact between the Managing Director and executives or staff.
All administrative tasks including but not limited to printing and binding of proposal documents, scheduling meetings, scheduling, and planning of MD / Executives / client meetings, meeting minutes preparation, client information filing, and management.
Creating meeting reports, scheduling events, and responding to clients' inquiries through email and phone calls.
Monitoring office inventories, basic troubleshooting on defective equipment, etc.
Any other duties as required by the Managing Director.
Education Requirement
Must have a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, and other related areas with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Must have 4 years of relevant experience with an investment banking, private equity, venture capital, research management consulting, or any other strong finance-related firm.
Knowledge
A minimum of 2 years working experience preferably within the financial services environment.
Good technical skills in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Conversant with financial statement analysis and valuation methods and models
Good understanding of Corporate Finance.
Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally.
Proficiency in the use of communication technology to deliver information to relevant stakeholders
