Requirements :

First Degree in any related discipline

Applicaiton must have completed NYSC and not more than 30 years of age.

Should have customer service experience.

Good communication skills

Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office suites.

Ability to drive sales and achieve targets

Responsibilities :

Attending to walk in customers in a timely manner.

Upselling and crosselling of company products and services

Resolve customer complaints and issues and send feedback report.

Keep records of customer interactions, process cusomer accounts and file documents.
