Responsible for Analyzing
financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or

record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other
financial activities
within the organization.
Prepare,
examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial
reports to access accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and

owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or
other tax requirements
Develop,
maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted
costs to actual costs
Analyze
business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and
obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
Prepares
amortization of all provisions, prepayments and unpaid bills
Presents a
monthly performance report
Prepares a
monthly Bank reconciliation statement
Assist in
managing cost to client through the re-use of existing assets
Institutionalize
appropriate tracking of all management / maintenance expenses related to the
Ensure the
reduction or elimination of accounts receivables
Develop and
document a comprehensive "know your vendor" policy covering
surveillance procedures and minimum vendor acceptance criteria
Manage all
statutory compliance, interface with external bodies on financial matters
banks, finance outfits, Tax agencies- FIRS and LIRS, PFA, State & LGA,
Estate Association, LAWMA) etc.
