Job Description / Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a super-smart person to work with us and our tutors as a tutor manager.
In this role, you will work with the operations team in designing tutor engagement initiatives to improve overall satisfaction.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to interview and onboard tutors.
Handling tutor related affairs and managing tutors.
Maintain team productivity and morale and take steps to keep tutor retention strong.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
Skills :
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to pay attention to details.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
Have good listening skills.
Be forward thinking, creative and innovative.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
